Make The Content was founded by Whitney Chanell Shepard as an effort to help small business owners and creators help themselves. Being laid off from her job at the start of the pandemic forced her to put her social media skills to work --quickly. So she understands how it feels to need social media to earn money.
Whitney graduated from CSUN with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations and has been managing social media accounts for people since MySpace, making her a real vet in the social media strategy game.
